We collect the following personal data through forms on our website (queervariations.com):

• Waitlist registrations: name and email address
• Partner and sponsor enquiries: name, email address, organisation name, and type of enquiry

• To notify you when ticket applications for Queer Variations events open
• To respond to partnership, sponsorship, and auction enquiries
• To administer and process ticket sales and event attendance

• Variations Fundraising & Events CLG — our co-organiser, for event administration and processing purposes
• Google LLC — we use Google Sheets to store form submissions; Google acts as a data processor on our behalf under Google's standard Data Processing Agreement
• Law enforcement and government agencies — where we are required by law to do so
• Acquiring or merging entities — in the event that Amori & Friends Ltd or Variations Fundraising & Events CLG plans to merge with, be acquired by, or undergo a reorganisation with another business entity, your personal data may be shared with that entity as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and your rights in relation to your data will be unaffected

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We will retain your personal data for as long as the Queer Variations series continues to operate and for a reasonable period thereafter, or for as long as is required to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy or to comply with any legal obligations to which we are subject.
